I have used this desktop purse hook many times and it is very sturdy, I have tried to make it hold my very heavy computer plus files and I guess it will never break because this metal material is very strong.

These are fine purse holders. I am always carrying a purse and always putting it on the ground at restaurants or bars or at my desk at work, honestly. This lets me hang the purse near me so it doesn’t touch the floor (which is a big no-no in many cultures.) The only issue is that the device’s functionality is proportional to the weight of the purse. My purse is always heavy, so it stays put. But when my purse is light, the hook doesn’t stay in place as well. Still, it is very handy, well made and fits easily in my purse so I have it on the go.

Very functional and holds items perfectly, easy to use, colors are nice. However, it is a bit clunky and adds weight to my purse when not in use.

Have you ever struggled with where to put your purse when at a restaurant? Generally, you have three options: either hang it on the back of the chair, which makes it way too enticing for would-be thieves to nonchalantly saunter by and scoop it up ; hold it in your lap the entire time you're dining out - awkward!; or the most disgusting option . . . put it on the floor - that is disgusting! Also, when you go into the ladies room and there is no hook on the back of the stall door, you're stuck with either holding your purse in your lap while 'doing your business,' setting it on the back of the toilet (if that exists), or you must put them on the floor (absolutely never would I do that)! These Table Purse Hangers are the perfect solution for you! I have purchased similar items in the past, but these hangers are seriously high quality. They are made of alloy steel - not plastic. They are super sturdy and the 'gripper pad' prevents sliding. I'm honestly not sure how much weight they will hold, but I would venture to guess that even a diaper bag would be easily secured with these hooks. I ordered the set of pink and blue, and I love the shades. Being a professional artist, I would define them more precisely as salmon and light cobalt blue - both of which are such subtly pretty hues. Lastly, these hooks come with a pretty little drawstring carry bag, in which both hooks fit perfectly. They do not take up much space in your purse, so you can keep them with you always so that you are prepared for any situation where you must hang your purse so that you are hands-free! I plan to order several more sets so that I can gift them to friends. You're going to love them!

It's OK but would be better If the loop hanged lower. It supports well though so basically it's just a preference.Does what it's supposed to.
