These arrived in a generic plastic sleeve. They were not packed with any kind of bubble wrap, etc. to protect them from potential shipping damage. That's why initially I thought they were scratched up. They do look pretty scuzzy. Turns out they have a little cling film wrapped around which you peel off before you attach them to your counter. They are fairly study, thin, but they appear durable... that remains to be seen. I removed 2 stars for not being properly packed and FOR NOT INCLUDED ADHESIVES. How are these supposed to stay on my counter without sticky tape??!??! (Luckily, another shipment had arrived where they gloriously packed extra tape.)

I wanted this product to be as it is described, but it is not.It is not 7". It is only 5". I wanted to keep water from splashing on my electric water kettle when I wash dishes.If it was the height shown, it would have been perfect. This is not.It is not 7" high as shown in the picture. It is only 4 1/2".
