At first none of the typical hanging files fit just hanging them on the sides of the cabinets as you typically would. I spoke with the customer support and they explained that the hanging accessory given is actually not a optional accessory, and you need to hang the files using that to the proper length vertically as you would if it was legal sized. This was confusing, but it works I suppose. I wished they had correct photos of the hanging files in their initial pictures.

This just arrived and I believe it is missing 2 bars so it will hold letter size files. I can’t find contact information for the seller. If I don’t hear back I will need to return. Otherwise, it looks good. If it can’t hold letter size files then what is it for?
