How to use:
- Wipe off the water on the ground, keep it dry and dusty
- Determining the position of the water retaining strip and mark it with a pen on the ground.
- Remove the adhesive and install the water barrier in the marked position.
- Seal the rubber strip at the position where the two ends of the water retaining strip are in contact with the wall.
- Apply glue on both sides of the water stopper and apply evenly.
- Allow to dry and no contact with water in at least 24 hours.
Notice：
- In corners, we recommend 45-degree splicing installation.
- For better stickiness, heat the glue on the bottom of the weather strip with a hair dryer.

This is a nice, sturdy water dam and it works similarly to other water dams on the market. However, only a **minuscule* amount of silicone was included (see photos)—far too little for me to actually complete the installation. Of course, one might argue, “How much do you need?” And I would counter that you should always have at least a bit more than you need to ensure that the dam is waterproof.I placed the dam where it needed to be, but the lack of additional silicone meant that I couldn’t finish installing it. Instead, I’ve had to order extra silicone. If you’re going to purchase this product, I strongly recommend that you purchase an additional tube of silicone to ensure that you can complete your product.

I like this 3" high shower threshold water dam. It's perfect for what I wanted, which is to keep water contained at the floor drains in my basement (in case of overflow). It comes with a small tube of clear silicone caulk to help seal any gaps. The dam is good quality, and I love the height!
