This is a great purchase for anyone with children. Three in one... a table with a chair for a child, a drawing board, and a ladder when the child is small and can't reach the table high enough to brush their teeth.

This thing is unstable, and we have hardwood floors. She has to squeeze into the desk setup (she's 22mo old) which is the only stable activity. The steps are a different piece from the tower and the top step is only supported by the bottom step and just sits on a ledge of the tower. We are returning this to buy a dedicated tower for helping in the kitchen. bottom line is this product trys to be 3 different things and do all of them poorly.

No where in the description does it tell you that there is an amputation warning; however, it is glued to the top of the box, and again on top of the instructions and parts. Obviously, some child(ren) lost fingers. I don't want to take the risk. I watch my grandson and although I do not leave him unattended, he is lightning fast when he is trying to do something he wants to do. He likes to do things he sees us do, and the temptation to change the table and chair to a tower he can climb would be an accident waiting to happen. Also, I noticed that the wood parts are raw unfinished wood. The description doesn't say that either. The price is good if you don't mind finishing the wood yourself, but I couldn't risk the possibility of amputation. Going back.
