I had high hopes but the strap the wraps around the bag broke on the fist trip that I tried to use it.

For smaller items like the purse pictured, I think this item will work ok. But, I tried to use it for a larger, heavier item and the single strap couldn't hold it in place very well. For a heavier item, you should look for something with 2 straps. That's what we used and it worked find.

The product is great for its intended use, but I didn’t necessarily think it through. Unless you plan on walking around the airport for a very long time or be there for a very long time, you have to obviously store it in your suitcase before you board or check in.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet for travel, but it fits very nicely on my carry on luggage. It holds a metal tumbler very well, and is sturdily constructed. There are other pouches for additional items, this is going to be very useful on our upcoming trip. I also like the fact that it can sit on the outside of the luggage because I usually have my computer bag resting on top. The bag strap does not conflict with this device which is perfect. Recommended.

I like to travel light. Carry-on bad, tote bag - nothing checked. However, that makes it hard to navigate the airport if I have a cup of coffee or a snack. This item mades that easy, like an extra hand to carry these items. I stow it when not in use (lies pretty flat) and I take it out and wrap it around my suitcase handle to transport my coffee and snack. When done, I can take it off and fold and stow it in my tote again.

This cup holder has been a game changer for me. Don’t have enough hands when you travel? Find yourself dropping things or leaving them behind? Traveling alone? You need one of these. I’m not sure I needed the strap to hold another bag, but I would definitely buy this again. It also works on single raised handles; it has enough stability to hold your drinks and phone and still stay upright.
