Definitely not as think as pictured. We thought it would puff up after awhile out of the packaging but never really did. It gets to maybe an inch and an half think. We got this so we didn’t have to deal with an inflatable losing air in the middle of the night. My back was hurting after one night of camping. Also since it comes folded in half there was a hump down the middle.

Extremely comfortable - 5/5. Far better than any air mattress EVER, and doesn't deflate during the night as you sleep on it.

This prodTotal waste of money, this sleeping pad barely inflated. I was freezing my butt off every night on my trip. Ten days in the mountains felt like an eternity with this useless thing. Negative 17 degrees is no joke, and this pad offered zero insulation. Don't buy this if you value a good night's sleep!
