I don't think I'll have any issues fitting these up on a 2005 YFZ 450. The hoses are reinforced with three layers of cord inside. Structurally, they do not bend and keep their shape as expected. They are form-fitted to match the OEM hose bends at the proper locations for the radiator to cylinder head inlet and outlet. The silicone feels like actual high-temp silicone.
