These worked beautifully for my flower girls who were different heights, and sizes. They looked beautiful under the dresses, and gave the fullness to the dresses that I wanted.

Bought for my five year old. 43lbs.The adjustable band does not adjust much. I had to overlap the Velcro and double tie the string to keep it on her waist.The product came with a tear/rip/hole in the tulle. The Amazon packaging nor the store package was damaged, only the skirt.
