I used this skirt petticoat for my 4 and a half year old, the fit was good especially that it has a good closure. I did think that it would be fuller though, the picture is a little deceiving...

Fits my seven year old daughter perfectly. She is petite for seven. It's very well made also.

This is a very low quality product. It does not give a smooth or an even finish under a dress. I would not recommend this product for any use beyond a play/dress up bin.
