They work well enough for my use. They don't last long. They throw wire strands everywhere, so you'd better be wearing safety glasses! Keep the RPM and pressure low to extend life. I generally go through two of these brushes when cleaning corrosion off a crusty, badly-maintained fishing reel. I'd feel like these deserve a lower rating but I've yet to find anything significantly more durable, and these are cheap enough that I don't worry about the rate at which I go through them.

I picked these up for my Dremel to get to the small parts. They do fine at low speeds but they themselves apart at higher speeds and throw the small wires in every direction.

Too much pressure or speed causes the brittles to fall out easily. Good thing you get plenty of them.

Almost instantly strands of metal started flying off of them when used to buff out metal on small radio parts. I've used the more expensive ones for several hours while these just last minutes. Go with the more expensive manufacturer produced brushes, they last a lot longer and you won't spend hours picking metal bristles out of your skin and clothes.

a reordered item as I use a fair number of these. durability should not be expected as they are a disposable item and this supplier's price is quiet reasonable.
