Works good for a couple of months but only lights up blue which means it's cold so if you have it on hot you're going to burn yourself

I like that it makes my bathroom look modern, and I can tell if the water is cold, warm, or hot without touching the water, just by looking at the color of the water light.Blue = Cold, Green = Warm,Red =Hot.The only thing that I did not like too much is that at first there is a whizzing sound but I barely notice anymore.I had to remove the one I placed on my kitchen sink because each time I used my washer I had to remove the faucet light in order to connect the water hose, then reinstall the faucet light when I was done with the washer.

What a letdown. Iโve bought these same exact type of devices in the past from a different company, and theyโve been awesomeโฆeventually they would fail, but while they worked, they worked correctly. So, I went ahead and bought four from this company. There is no leakage issues with the connection, but the temp/color sensors are not even close to working properly. One star tops.

They look aftermarket and a bit on the cheap side. Great for small kids that might otherwise burn their hands trying to find the warm water washing their hands. The colors make it fool proof for them to avoid too hot water temps.

I've used a replacement cartridge with white light and found it so great at night! These actually change color to match the water temperature (blue/green/red). If it hits a temp that could be too hot for your hands, it flashes! Totally awesome and totally worth the cost!

I was concerned about two things before placing the order:1. How long the battery would last2. How quickly this would get spoiltWas happy to discover that this device generates electricity for the LED using the flow of water and won't need batteries. That's a positive mostly but you do need water to flow freely - when you just open the tap a little and there's only a trickle the led won't light up. Perfectly reasonable.In terms of quality it is chrome painted plastic which I realised when I nearly sheared the windings off when screwing it into the tap. Just be careful and only hand tighten this device and it should be ok. Also highly recommend that you use the wire mesh that's provided to keep debris from entering the device even if it reduces your water flow marginally.Short review - worth the money and ordered again.
