Used to remove a cast iron tub from an old bathroom, but cutting the tub in half. Thick cast iron on the edges too. It took me 3 blades, but it worked and was well worth it. These advertise they can do the job and they do. If I was just cutting the cast iron pipe, I suspect I'd be able to cut one main 4-6" line with a blade, maybe not 2. Or a couple of smaller lines, given how much real estate on the tub 1 blade cut through. This definitely saved me a lot of labor and worked quickly.
