Everything else on my device is instant pot brand. Including the pot. All works normal with original seal. Bought extra seals so I can alternate them and have backups.Tried the purple pot gasket tonight and it never got the pot to pressure. Which is its only purpose… Total bummer. You’d think a piece this simple would be easy to make functional.

Too thick for instant pot. Do not pop in like the clear factory ones. Will not purchase again. They will be donated.

I recently purchased the Beaquoei 3 Pack 6 QT Silicone Sealing Ring for Instapot Replacement Silicone Gasket Seal Rings with 3 Colors with 3 Float Valve Seal Gasket, Fits Duo/Plus 6, Ultra 6, Lux 6, Smart 6, Nova 6, CSG and I was disappointed that it did not fit my instant.I don't think that's a shot at the quality of the product, it simply was not the correct size for me so I could not appropriately use it. The silicon feels strong and durable, but I can't attest to whether or not it will actually work.

Over the years I had replaced my original silicone ring in my instant pot but I had not ever attempted to replace this tiny silicone piece.It hadn't even occurred to me to look for a replacement until recently, when we started having trouble getting the instant pot to seal and come to pressure. The larger rings fit just fine and I like having the different colors, I can rotate the blue one and the clear one I was already using as necessary. Also I was able to replace the small silicone cap thingy on the inside and since I've done that I haven't had any problems with it sealing and coming to pressure. It's wonderful when a small piece can be replaced instead of an entire appliance.
