Not 1 1/4 male 1 inch female. It is 1 inch male , 3/4 inch female. Leaks Horribly

Fixed the water tank just as I needed. Nylon plug mfg puts so bad at sealing drain , brass the perfect fix. A larger flange and thicker gasket would help , but still worked.

I've never written a review quite like this because the 3 Pack Brass Bulkhead Fittings I received were very well made with good quality threads and seals. They are most definitely fit for their intended purpose and I would most definitely rate this item at 5 stars. However, these Brass Bulkhead fittings I have now ordered & received THREE TIMES have a major drawback that makes them completely unusable for me. That problem is they keep sending me the wrong size fittings. The listing states three 1" Female 1-1/4" Male Garden Hose Straight Thread Brass Bulkhead Fittings, and that is exactly what I need and what I keep ordering. What I keep receiving is three 3/4" Female 1" Male Garden Hose Straight Thread Brass Bulkhead Fittings. I keep explaining that "Size Matters" in the replacement goods, as can only select "Wrong Item Sent" as my choice for returning. But Amazon insists in sending me a replacement of "Exactly the Same Item" as that is also my only choice other than a refund which don't want! If the issue is the wrong item sent how is it possible to replace it with the exact same wrong item and make things right? Amazon you need "People" not a machine that is operating with flawed illogical instructions. A person would understand this problem and hopefully be able to correct it. Your customers & sellers are suffering, but not for long as I give up and will be ordering elsewhere.

This fitting is not the size they advertise. If it was I would be using it. Therefore it is NOT easy to install. It is not worth even a penny. And the accuracy of the description is a blatant lie. It actually deserves to be rated a zero.

These fittings are not 1/2' FNPT X 3/4" GHT! They are 1" male OD X 3/4" female and both threads are straight cut not tapered like NPT, so a standard 3/4" garden hose will not attach to the outside and there is no way to get a 3/4" NPT fitting to seal on the internal thread.
