I have a sports bra that digs into my neck/shoulder area. Without these pads, I can wear it for 2 hours tops. With these pads, I've been able to wear it all day without any of the usual red marks or sore skin. They do show a little around the neck of my T-shirt because it's a Y back bra, but for the gym I don't care.

They are very comfortable but don’t seem to stay in place as well as another pair not I got from a catalog. I’ve only worn them once so I’ll try again.

No more discomfort. No more straps digging into my shoulder. Very easy to install and remove. Comes in 3 colors which is awesome. The silicone material which they are made, make them very comfortable and do not slip off. Highly recommend.
