Did not want to throw away my O-Cedar mop when the gears weren't working anymore so looked into get it fixed and lucky found this product, you get 3 gears, when you just needed to replace the one and it;s so simple to replace as shown in their photo. Literally, unscrew 4 screws, take out the unit replace the top gear and put in new one and screw back on, making sure the pin fits into hole of the new gear and you're done!

I had the issue where the pedal was loose and the holder is not spinning. I tried to fix it myself and didn't have many success until I saw this part. I put it on and it immediately fix the issues. Great product!

Had to press the bearing out of the plastic gear, turn it over, then reinstall to get the assembly to function like the OEM gear. Added a little grease to the gear before reassembling. Works great now.
