I wish I had bought this a long ago. I have been looking for a hat clip for a while but they always seemed kind of expensive and I was unsure if they would even work. This item is very affordable and comes with 3 clips in case you lose one. The style is great and will go with lots of outfits. I always travel with a hat and it's hard to keep them from getting smashed in my bag, so I am looking forward to using this on my next trip. The clips are strong and even after I tugged on the hat, it stayed clipped. I saw a review saying the clips were hard to open, but I did not have any problems. Just make sure you open the top, flat clip first and then slip the hat between the plastic part that "grabs" the brim.

The clip is a bit hard to open, but I guess that's probably a good thing because it holds onto the hat really well. Used this at an air show and it was nice to keep my hat handy on my backpack.
