Heater takes a bit to warm up. The connectors are sensitive. If it is not working, even though it looks like it connected, double check for tightness

This is AWESOME! I had it plugged in at my back door for several weeks (for the dogs) during and after SNOWMAGEDDON1/25. They had a nice, warm, ice-free spot at the door. I bought another one for my front porch. Highly recommend!

First time use,quit functioning after less than 1 inch of snow! No support! Biy from a more reputable company

It came quickly, was easy to set up. I love the fact that it keeps water from freezing in the winter. The bird and squirrel seeds don't get buried in snow as this melts it as it comes. To walk on you can feel the warmth and melts the snow a distance from it. Very worth the money

Picked these up for my mom’s house to cut down on the shoveling and they are fantastic! They work great/ easy to install - highly recommend! Also we live in Syracuse,NY and they have easily melted ALL of the snow on her steps from our first big snowstorm- steps are clear and dry!
