Your cart is empty.3 Piece Dimple Die Set Metal Fabrication Set Kits consists of the following dies: 1/2"(.500) 3/4" (.750) 1" (1.00) Everything shown in first image. Dies are CNC machined from premium SAE 8620 steel with a Rockwell hardness of 80. These dies are great for virtually anything you can dream up. Common uses are : -Providing rigidity to sheetmetal projects. -Lightening up builds -Dimple die skid plates-front bumper plates-floorboards-foot pedals-footrests and many more uses. -Use the raised side of the dimpled material for added traction on running boards and floorboards. -Or just use them to add that extra RAD look to any project !!!!! More Details: Made for use with a hydraulic press or arbor press. Holes must be drilled before you dimple the materials.(These do not act as punches) We recommend no thicker than 1/8" material. Customers have done thicker-thats your final call. We recommend lubricants when using the dies.This will reduce die wear and gulling.

This set arrived on time and I’m impressed with the quality of this set. I have not used them yet, but they are solid steel so I know they will work well. Great value IMO.

I picked these up because they are small and fit my needs. Works well in my 20 ton floor press for the small projects I create. I bought these to make a custom dash and center console for my blown 73 square body. The picture the is some 20 gauge scrap I had on hand, the 1/2 die and wanted to test out how they worked. They are consistent and finished very well.

I am currently rehabbing a gen 1 Camaro. There have been times where I needed to add support to sheet metal but didn't want to spend a fortune. Was skeptically optimistic. The first panel was the trunk drop off. Worked great and looks great. I've seen videos on how tom make a single die in your workshop. For the time and the money, this is a no brainer.
