I received my order today. I used the shearing scissors and they worked pretty well. I've owned a pair that worked better, but these were pretty good and I didn't get tired after trimming 6 hedges and a rose bush.

Good quality pruning kit. I needed the long big pruning shears to work on multiple tree branches that needed be adressed and while shopping i found this kit with 3 different sizes for a price similar to only the big one i needed, so i got this kit. The shears are solid and of good quality. They easily cut through branches and roots. They are comfortable to use. I even used the small one to clean some plants and they work great.

This 3 piece gardening tool set from SunnyRoyal provides the three tools that you will most use in your yard, garden and orchard for trimming and pruning. The items provided match the images and description and look to be of high quality.These come attached to a cardboard backing which seems to have been created for a similar but different product. That really doesn't matter I guess since until you receive the tools you won't see and read that anyway.The Lopper has a wave edge anvil. This can be beneficial to you in cutting larger branches as it helps to keep the limb from slipping out of the cutting jaws. I have found that this design is more difficult to sharpen but certainly an advantage when the tool is new. The handles are long and strong with nice cushion non-slip grips.The hedge sheer blades are fairly thin and are slightly curved together which allows for them to be tightened to create a higher shear force if necessary so you can easily use them on both grass or hedge type growth shearing very effectively. Non-cutting surfaces are coated but I cannot tell if that is just paint or a different anti-corrosion coating. The handles are solid and have a shock absorber bumper to cushion the snap-close in shearing. A nice feature if you are using them for very long.The hand bypass pruner is a combination tool, meaning that it has a hardened steel blade and anvil piece, which is attached to a cast or forged aluminum frame that includes the handle. The handles are also coated with a rubber grip. The spring actuation on it is a collapsing sleeve coil. I have not used one of those before. The only observation I would make is that you will want to keep it very well oiled to prevent any corrosion and keep dirt and debris out of the coils so it doesn't bind up. There is a locking mechanism to keep the blades closed for safety. It would be handy for me if those came with a belt holster but that's just wishful thinking I need to satisfy by getting that separately.I will head out as soon as the temperature gets above freezing to give these all a try as I have some unpruned apple tree limbs for the hand pruners and lopers and a couple of shrubs to scalp with the shears. But warmer weather must prevail before I do that !

Time wise, I haven't had these long ,But !!, with the freeze that's been upon us, I've been able to put this set to some serious work/testing. All the pieces have performed outstanding and as for longevity, I don't need extra time to be able to say that these will last for years to come. They have made quick work of cleaning out all the mess in our yard, from small plants needing pruning to large shrubs/branches needing to be cut out. I can promise you'll be satisfied with this set !!

I'm so dreamily happy with this set! I love it. For one thing, the bright orange handles will NOT allow me to lose them easily in piles of cuttings and leaves, lol. That is so uber important to me because IT HAPPENS!I absolutely love this set. They are made very well and are very durable. The handles are super comfortable to grip. The blades are very sharp and can be easily sharpened. These will last me many many many seasons of cutting outside!

Pretty good overall. Works well and the high-visibility orange is a good design choice. Only reason I marked down is that it is a few dollars more than most competitors of similar build and design. Nothing about this separates it from the others so no reason to pay more for this generic brand over any other. As far as the product goes, no issues or complaints.

I used the lopper and pruner of this set on some small branches. They did the job. I did not pay a lot for this set so my expectations were met. Will see how long they last.
