Just be aware you can only plug it into a 3 prong outlet. Other than that, these are great for allowing you to switch off an outlet with having to unplug everything thing that's plugged in. It saves energy and $$$ since everything plugged into an outlet uses electricity whether it's turned on or not. And unplugging things frequently can potentially cause wires in the wall behind the plug to loosen, which can cause electrical fires, even burn your house down. It's solidly made, plugs fit into it easily, and the switch lights up when it's turned on, reminding you to turn it off when not needed.

Worked great for turning the power on and off to my air fryer. After about eight months it would no longer turn the power off.. The switch would turn on and off, but the power to air fryer was staying on…even when the switch was off. It went into the trash.

I use these in my woodworking shop. Previously I used 6 outlet multi outlet extensions but cords got in the way. These simply plug into the wall outlet. Difficult to find 3 outlet strips with an on/off switch

Works great when tv and cable box plugged in. When you switch if off, no power being drained. When you which it on, power starts up immediately with out having to use remote.

I use buttons and switches all over my house - I'm a frugal individual. Every cent counts. I specifically use this for a coffee maker and coffee grinder, so generally low wattage. After about a month or two of using it, there are no problems with electrical flow, the on/off switch works fine, and it has never flipped the kitchen breaker. All and all, 5/5 for usage.

This is easy to use. Just plug into the outlet. Plug your items into the 1 to 4 plugs. When you need the plugged cord to be love turn the switch on. When the item is no longer needed turn the red switch off...no more vampire electric use.

My gas stove is getting old and the 'electric' ignitor has been acting up and not shutting off it's burner ignitors properly. I had it looked at and the repair was to be about $200. That is unacceptable!! I was unplugging the stove to shut off the ignitors after the burners got going and that caused me to look for a plug adaptor with an on/off switch. I not only found that function, but additional sockets which I also could use with this item.Life dealing with the stove burner ignitors is dramatically easier, and saved me $200 using this adaptor.I have another one on the back porch that I can now easily switch off my bug light. Will likely order more of these soon for other areas!
