The product is nicely manufactured and I ordered 4 sets. I was very excited to receive these as I wanted to replace the cheaper ones I already had installed.I open the box and I could hear all the pieces falling around in the box like chiclets.. but that didn't prepare me to see the pathetic condition I found the spikes when I saw them...considering this is 304 hard steel, they really look beat up.The golden aluminum part is particularly beat up.. the golden color gone at places and the alunimium color is visible underneath...making me think that the aluminum top is a bad idea in the first place.I would have set up a replacement but since all boxes will be similarly packed, there is no reason for me to expect a better fate for the replacements.1 star due to damaged product found in intact boxes but also due to bad design of putting soft aluminium on top which looks attractive but is flimsy.Received 30 minutes ago- returning for refund.
