My side brush has been out for years on my BVC and I finally decided to do something about it. These belts fit perfectly and I'm glad to have the side brush working again.

Highly recommend watching YouTube video on how to replace this brush belt. It would have been impossible (for me) without the pro help. It also helps if you have small hands or narrow fingers.

My D7 feels like it’s back to brand new with this replacement o-ring. The brush is spinning like it used to when I first got it. $21 CAD seems expensive for the fact that I only need 1 but alas it’s cheaper than the motor/a new D7

Exactly what I needed! Works great after the switch. Find great “how to” videos for install instructions on YouTube!

These rubber drive belts are very expensive. The Neato cleaner is badly designed as it is quite a time consuming job to fit the belts, which are a "consumerable" item and will probably need replacing again in about twelve months

My old one broke and had a has time finding this. At first I replaced my old broken one with small rubber bands but they kept breaking. Found these and like that it was a three pack in case I broke one in the future. Fit great, work great. Now my cornered and edges are cleaned every day.

Fitment was perfect, and everything works good, just want to see if it last more, less, or same as original product

Working great so far. You’ll need a pretty long reaching torx screwdriver to get to the motor that spins the side brush. Probably took around 30 min to replace. The old one was obviously worn and stretched.I’ve read complaints about the replacement being a different material. Honestly, I think that was done on purpose to increase longevity. The brush spins fast and even well on carpet now. Time will tell if it holds up but I am extremely satisfied so far. Beats sending it off to some repair shop and paying $100.

This was a perfect replacement for my failed Neato Botvac Connected side brush. The story is long but I believe it may help so folks out there so here goes..., I learned a lot about my Botvac during the troubleshooting process eventually leading me to replace the motor and belt. Initially believing I only needed a replacement belt led me to ordering these belts from Amazon and my first disassembly of the machine. Don't be afraid of this by the way, if you have a long shaft #10 torx screwdriver the process takes around 5 minutes (with some practice). After disassembling and finding a broken belt, I ordered this product, replaced the belt and reassembled only to find the brush still not spinning. Disassembly #2 led me to verify everything was re-connected correctly (which it was) but still no side brush movement. Disassembly #3 began some troubleshooting, once I learned that the drive motor is a pretty standard variable speed 3v-12v motor, I taped 2 AA batteries together making a 6v power supply and connected this power source directly to the top of the motor where the leads come out. The motor did not turn. I reassembled so we could still use the vacuum and I order a new motor on Amazon. Once the new motor arrived, I tried my 6v test power supply on the new motor before opening up the Botvac again and it worked so I proceeded with Disassembly #4 and replaced the motor. After reassembly and a test run, the side brush spun but it was intermittent. This led to utter frustration and frantic Google searches leading me nowhere. With my last bit of patience I disassembled the Botvac for the 5th time and removed the belt from the motor. Low and behold the belt on the "new" motor was oversized compared to the belts I ordered in step #1. I replaced the belt, reassembled and Walla... a happy fast spinning side brush wooo hooo!!!!!! The two big lessons learned are #1 how to test your motor and #2 slow or intermittent side brush equals possibly stretched out belt.
