As a novice archer I just can't see spending a ton of money on expensive arrows. They get lost, broken, stuck in stuff, etc...I have been a big fan of finding good deals on decent quality arrows and these fit that bill really well. While they are budget arrows, they are by no means cheaply made or of poor quality. The nocks all arrived perfectly positioned. The arrowhead inserts are glued in so they don't slide out of the shafts when you pull the arrows out of the target. The fletchings/flights are all glued on straight and consistently.I have a spine tester and the spine flex, sold as 400, is pretty accurate and consistent throughout the dozen that I received. After I become good enough to consistently place arrows fired at 25m on a paper plate, I will begin practicing to hunt with my recurve bow.At that point I will probably invest in some high-end, expensive arrows dedicated to hunting. For now though, these arrows are way more accurate than I am and will help me take my game to the next level.Highly recommended.

Three shots with each arrow, from about a 50lbs draw weight long bow into a standard archery target ten yards away. Missed with a few while trying to adjust for the wind. Those went into the dirt behind it.So here's the results. Arrows all flew straight and steady. Out of the 12 arrows in the set being shot 3 times each, I only encountered three issues. Lost a nock on one arrow, but the set comes with 6 extra. One arrow has some slight discoloration on the tip and a scratch about 3" into the shaft (pictured above). One arrow ended up with a bent tip (also pictured).Overall this set is not bad. Every arrow should be able to be used. I recommend this set to anyone looking for practice arrows.

Depending on what you want these arrows for depends on if I would recommend them. To start with there is no gpi listed or straightness on the arrow. The only numbers I can find is the spine weight. As an estimate a 400 shaft weight around 8.5 grains per inch. That is without the fletching and nocks. I have a short draw length so I will of course have to cut these down as will pretty much anyone that would purchase these because they are 30” long. That’s pretty long but normal with any new arrow. These arrows are rated for a 55-60 lb bow. I shoot a 60 lb. now because I’ve had shoulder surgery and that’s even almost to much. I’m about to start trying to shoot left handed because shooting 5 times at 60 lbs. is killing my shoulder. The set of arrows I got did come with the field points. They feel pretty heavy though. Not sure of the grain. The nocks are not glued in so they can be twisted so that you can line them up to your whisker biscuit or whatever rest style you use. Now keep in mind this is a budget set of arrows. Don’t expect much with these. A good set of hunting arrows is around a hundred bucks for 12 so that should give you an idea of the quality of these. This set is not sold at a pro shop so don’t expect pro shop quality. The description does state that these are for practice. If that’s what your getting them for then they should be ok as long as they are the exact weight of the hunting arrows that you use. I got these because right now I’m on a budget because of this stupid COVID. I can’t afford new arrows this year so I wanted to see what I could do with these. If anything I can let my son use them with his recurve he has so either way they will come in useful. All in all this is a low budget set of arrows and as long as you understand that and think they would work for you then I would say go for it.
