I like to go for walks, no matter how windy it is, and carry on a conversation using a Bluetooth headset with microphone. Previously, some friends had trouble hearing me. But with this foam cover on the mic, my voice comes through crystal clear.It's so nice to have 30 of them. Even if I lose a dozen, I'll always have many more. But so far, I haven't lost a single one because they stay on snugly. The one that came with my headset got torn and stretched and then fell out and I lost it. But it was never as good as this one.

I don't know about the long term quality of the foam used to make these, but they fit car stereo external microphones very well, and do their job cutting down on wind noise very well.I used 2 for my vehicles, and gave 1 to a friend for their vehicle, and they all fit the 3 different brands of stereo's microphones just fine. Not too tight, not too loose.Happy, so far.
