Bought for RV inverter, says 300 amps but trips at 150 amps, yes i have a display that shows the charge and discharge rate of the batteries. :(

I got this circuit breaker to add to my upcoming solar project where I'll have about 200 amps that need to be switched off immediately if need be. This switch is very well built and robust. The plastic reminds me of the bakelite material used in telephones from the good old days. I really like the easily visible yellow switch and letting. It has a very satisfying click when you rotate the breaker switch. I only with the terminals were copper.100% recommended.

This Tiwerlfe 300 Amp Circuit Breaker Manual Reset Switch 300 Amp Breaker High Amperage works great! I use it in my truck for my stereo system. I like that I can flip it and fully disconnect the power quickly and easily. It is a great safety feature that I am thankful I installed. Installation was easy too.

I use this between one of my battery banks and the DC bus bar, where multiple banks are combined. Normally I use Blue Sea Systems fuse block for about $31 usd, then a Blue Sea Systems 300amp Fuse for another $20 usd. And then, if there is an issue or short, it would be another $20 USD to replace the fuse in addition to losing the capacity of the bank that had a blown fuse until replaced.With the Tiwerlfe 300 Amp Circuit Breaker and Manual Reset Switch 300 Amp Breaker High Amperage. If this trips you need to identify why it tripped, was it load or a short and then reset the breaker once the source of the problem was resolved.I want to point out that this is a *Breaker* with a manual reset switch. It should not really be used as an on / off switch. Do you turn your home's lights or appliances on and off from your breaker panels?Do you turn off your curling Iron or hair dryer by tripping the GFI receptacle in your bathroom?This is intended as a protection device and not an actual switch. If you need a high-amperage switch, I would suggest looking at an actual rotary battery switch. In none of the product description does it tell you to use this as a switch. It is intended to protect your devices and batteries or DC power source.From the Manufacturer: "The 300 amp breaker prevents excessive current and stops power surges from damaging Amps."

Seems like a solid product.I love the big yellow circuit breaker switch. I can see its status from all the way across the room. It's easy to grab and operate even with a glove on. Satisfying snap action to break the connection.

This review is for the Tiwerlfe 100 Amp circuit breaker with manual reset.I should note off the bat that the terminal studs are not M8, as is common for most LiFePo4 batteries, they are 5/16". This is likely only going to impact someone if they start mixing and matching components from their solar setup. Terminal size is mentioned in the product listing.I like this circuit breaker. It seems to be made well. The housing is heavy and feels solid. The switch is spring loaded and breaks cleanly.There is a generous amount of space around the terminal posts for heavy battery cable lugs. I tested it with 2/0 tinned lugs (not included). Cables can come from the side, bottom or anywhere in between (see photos).The package I received did not include mounting screws or flat washers.

Felt okay in the hand but trips at 127 amps @12.8 dc. Rubbish!!
