So this seems to be a well made pump for the money when compared to ones u see at various stores. Its built very heavy duty an we have used this pump to run a small waterfall on our little fish pond for a good while now with no issues. It definitely moves a good amount of water an doesn't make much noise either. It also seems to be pretty energy efficient an doesn't draw much power for its large size. It has no problem pumping the water uphill through several feet of hose to the waterfall box an doesn't get clogged up to easy assuming the water is properly filtered which we have filters in our waterfall box meaning theres no filter before the pump however the included pump net bag does a good job of catching any big debris effectively keeping the debris out of the pump an making it easy to clean by simply taking the net bag off an rinsing it with a hose .So overall I think this is a very functional pond pump for the money an seems like its built very well an so far has ran great

I love the water pumps have order 3 now this last one I got was a yellow pump in the back were it hooks up was broken it still can be used and I will it would be nice if they checked the pumps before sending them. I will get a new pump maybe the company can send me a new one down the road so I could replace but I need to get this pump going as soon as I can.

Very quiet pump, I tested it in a 50 gallon tub and it was shooting water about 3 feet into the air!

This seems to be able to push the water around pretty well. In hindsight I wish the color wasn't yellow as it stands out pretty bad. If you can stick this somewhere that it isn't highly visible then go for it.
