The 3" pulley I received did not have a key way but that was good for me as my application didnt require one.

It's made in the USA and runs true with no perceptible runout. This unit does not have a keyway, just the setscrew, despite a keyway shown in the item photo. It is is meant for fractional HP motors so there really isn't a need for a keyway.
