I recently received these "300pcs Floral Pins,1.7 inch Greening Pins U-Shape Floral Fern Pins,for DIY Sewing Project,Straw Wreaths,Bouquet,Foam" as a solution to a project I'd begun and ran into a snag, and so far these are working exactly as intended - well, at least how *I* intended to use them!I have been redecorating the guest room for an extended visit from my mother. One of the things I set up was a double-ended motion-triggered LED light strip under the edge of her bed so she will never wake up in the dark unable to make out the route to the bathroom. The strip light works perfectly, but is designed to be attached to a solid surface but the bed frame is padded and the adhesive won't hold. I was afraid of puncturing the light strip and wanted a method to mount it underneath the bed securely enough that a robot vacuum wouldn't later be pulling the strip loose and dragging it throughout the house. I couldn't remember what the pieces were called, but these U-pins came to mind and I was relieved to find some right away. They arrived quickly and the package is well beyond the quantity I would need for this specific project, but these floral pins are exactly what I wanted and are working exactly as I planned, and I really do love it when a plan comes together.I used about a dozen of these u-shaped pins to secure the LED strip to the fabric outer layer - and also in the bottom of the mattress itself - and unless you were to reach up under the mattress and swipe your hand back and forth, there's really not much chance of them coming loose unexpectedly. The robot vacuum can clean under the bed without disassembling the light strip installation, and my mom now has motion-sensor lighting to keep her from stumbling in the dark. Win-win-win!These floral pins are probably amazing for flower arrangements, but I don't know much about that. They do work great for securing an LED light strip to the underside of a fabric-covered bed though! This pack of 300 pins was priced at $11.99 when I placed my order, but are currently discounted by 17%, making them only $9.99 (that's only $0.03 each!). Personally, the price seems very reasonable to me and I am happy recommending this product to others.

I ordered these for a wreath project and they did the trick! They are sturdy and they have a nice point so they actually go into the wreath. They are not super shiny and they are easily hidden. They worked great and I would recommend for craft projects.

These are a little bigger than I anticipated. My plan was to use them in floral designs. They will still work but I will need to be more cautious of the size of flowers that I use. Other than that, they are as described. I will be on the lookout for other ways to use them because they seem as though they will be a valuable item in my crafting box.I would consider them as one of those little things you don't know you need until you do so I highly recommend having these U-pins on hand. It's a large quantity for a one time purchase of about $10 but watch for coupons and special offers and it's even better! Good product.

These work great for creating a spring theme door wreath! Very happy with quality.

I am using these pins to pin balloons to my archery targets. I am teaching my Grandchildren to shoot a bow and it's much more enjoyable for them to pop a balloon in the process. The two prongs on these pins allow me to place the pin over the knot and not pierce the balloon. They are easy to pull out and perfect for what I wanted them for.

These pins are great for starting new vining succulents. I use a few to pin them into the soil while they're taking root.
