Very Cheap quality forks, very easily broken over half broken before being used.Plates also very cheap quality, easily scuffed and cracked before being used.Avoid this seller.

The size of the forks are very small. It looked like it is for toddlers playing at the dinner table. Some of the forks were broke or missing teeths. The plate was okay .

I see that it says they are 5 inch forks but my goodness you can’t really use them for a piece of cake, which was my intention. You can only use them like a tooth pick you would stick in an appetizer to make it easy to pick up. Just a heads up because the measurements are correct but the pics look bigger than what they are.
