The first layer of transfer paper is a white master plate; The second layer is a semi transparent protective organization that should be discarded before use; The third layer of blue carbon board; Fourth layer yellow back panel. I have to press SO HARD with a pen to get it to transfer, and even then it's not guaranteed. Doesn't always transfer well. I don't think I'll be buying again, as I've bought this product twice now and both times have been a total let down.
