This Jacobs JK 130-MT4 High Precision Keyless Chuck with integrated shank is specially designed for high accuracy applications on either conventional or CNC equipment. Its capacity range is from 0.040-Inch to 0.500-Inch (1.0-13.0 Millimeter) and it is integrated with No. 4 Morse Taper. The Jacobs JK 130-MT4 High Precision Keyless Chuck's integrated design makes it impossible for the arbor and the drill chuck to become accidently separated, providing a unit of greater rigidity and precision. As a result of its compact design, accumulated run-out is reduced to a minimum. A Self-tightening feature automatically increases gripping force proportional to increased torque to prevent tool shank slippage. Precision tested and certified to 0.0016-Inch T.I.R. maximum at half capacity, Jacobs Industrial Precision Keyless Chucks can be counted on for extremely high reliability and durability under the most demanding machining conditions.
