1. Not Powering On
Ensure the fridge is plugged in and the outlet is functional. Check the power cord for damage. Reset the circuit breaker or try a different outlet.
2. Not Cooling Properly
Adjust the thermostat to a lower setting. Ensure proper ventilation around the fridge. Clean the condenser coils. Check for a faulty compressor or refrigerant leak.
3. Excessive Frost Build-Up
Ensure the door is fully closed and the seals are intact. Reduce door openings to minimize moisture entry. Manually defrost and check the defrost system.
4. Loud Noise During Operation
Make sure the fridge is level. Keep it away from walls or other objects. Check for loose or damaged fan blades. Inspect the compressor for faults.
5. Leaking Water
Clear clogged drain holes. Ensure the door is sealing properly. Check for cracks in the drain pan. Avoid placing the fridge in a humid environment.
6. Unusual Odors Inside
Remove expired or uncovered food. Clean the interior with baking soda solution. Check for mold or clogged drain holes. Use odor absorbers like charcoal or baking soda.

This fridge would be perfect if the fridge and the freezer had different temp controls if its on a low setting its not cold enough in the freezer and if its high it freezes the fridge , which sucks, things can spoil quickly

I purchased this mini fridge freezer combo for my daughter’s Dorm room. She absolutely loves it and says that it fits a good amount of stuff. The freezer can fit 3 to 4 boxes of meals, depending on the size. Highly recommend!

I ordered this refrigerator and when I received it I pugged it in and it didn’t work properly. It doesn’t get cold. Then when tried to get ahold of the company it’s impossible. They sent me a label that I have to pay for shipping to return, this is so not right. Don’t order from this company! I still haven’t had my money returned.!
