Ultra-light weight and strong.
Our connectors are CNC machined from aluminium to provide a precision joint. The threads are a full 1'' long which helps to prevent screw loosening and makes for a super strong joint. Thats twice the length of most aluminium mahl sticks.

I'm absolutely LOVING this mahl stick! It's very sturdy but so light—I hardly feel like I'm holding anything! And I really appreciate that it's able to be used as a long stick or a short one at my desk by using only the top half.

Being a beginner with oils and acrylics and painting on canvas its really hard to keep a steady hand to paint the details. This super light weight Mahl stick really helps you get precision in your paintings and the fact that it is lightweight really prevents your arms from getting tired too quickly. Extremely well made and very supportive company.

I bought this a while back when I was trying to get back into painting after a tragic shoulder-crushing accident because it is lighter than most mahl sticks. They are true to their word. It is much easier to paint with it. It has taken me two years to regain the motivation and the stamina in my right arm to paint again. I am happy with this product.

I love the weight (or lack there of) this maul stick. It is very well made, packaged beautifully and customer care is outstanding. I also appreciate the clip and have it attached to my easel so it’s always secured just within reach. I can’t say enough good things about this maul. Well done Talbot’s!

I have always found mahls too cumbersome and heavy. This one is sleek, sturdy and lightweight! Highly recommend!! I love that it can be easily packed away in two pieces but I use it so often that it won’t leave my easel.

I can't believe I took this long to get one of these. Took it straight out of the box (which was packed with care) and onto the canvas. Light but solid and the perfect link. Plus a hook to hold the stick when not in use. Great product

Didn't know what a Mahl stick was- but it is a tool used for artistic painting, a way to give the arm a resting place to avoid smudging or smearing while painting. Especially useful for those left-handed painters. Excellent quality and looks like it will stand the test of time.

After using the stick for 3 months, I noticed that it became shaky and didn't hold together well. I used epoxy resin to permanently glue the stick but can't use it on smaller paintings now.

Hotmail address doesn’t work for warranty.stick is very nice but threads are stripped if I can’t contact them I may try to just glue them together it’s that nice
