I was very excited to purchase this parcel lock box because of recent thief in our area. So looking for a locking parcel big enough to hold some of our packages to keep them safe.Before I ordered I checked the reviews they weren't good but I went forward with the purchase. When it first arrived, I looked at the instructions and there was just a diagram but no instructions on how to put together. It took a lot of trial and error to finally put everything together.Issue; No good instructions, especially there's an order how the parcel needs to be put together. Would be good to lable sides and screws in Alphabetical order where they go in the instructions.Next, the door that is latched to the lid protects from thief. This part had a hard time fitting in the hole, one side was to big. Along with the front door. After the first day I opened the front door and it fell off. The same thing onesie the hole was a little bit small for the hinge fit. I had to really pushed so the one side hinge can finally set in.I wish the parcel was heavy to that no one can left the parcel and run away with it. Maybe offer way that the parcel can be weight down or able to anchor the parcel to the ground.It works well for the packages that can fit in but the only thing I wish they could make the parcel lock box bigger for larger packages. This was a good product and a good price.

I was shocked to find that despite the description in the ad it would not accept a package 16x10x 6. After paying shipping to get it I was approved to return it but my cost for return shipping was almost as much as I paid. I asked the seller for assist and they were difficult to deal with so I decided to keep it and modify it to meet my needs. It seems sturdy but the theft protection isn’t much just pull real hard and the top will open to give you access to the contents. Assembly was not wasy. Don’t follow the directions order because you will never get tot the screws to put the top on because other parts are in the way. I plan on pouring a pad to place it on because I can see it being taken. This will require additional engineering to place mounting holes in the bottom to secure to a pad.
