Was pretty excited to get this product - Since most neon lights are a tube-like material with gradient lighting where you wouldn't be able to see the different individual lights? Yeah, No. Unfortunately - This one is still very noticeable with it's individually led lights (Which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5)Otherwise, it's a pretty default regular light-strip with an App & Remote.Overall, I think it's pretty okay - There are other options out there. However, for the price - I think it's a decent purchase.

Worked perfectly for 3 months. It was easy to set up, the colors were bright, the remote and the mobile worked well; it was perfect. Until one day, it flickered for a short while, and BAM! (well not really BAM it was dead silent) It shut off. Needless to say, it didn't turn back on, no matter what I tried. And there was no sign of physical damage anywhere, and I still don't know what happened.

I actually DIY'ed something like this a couple of years back. It cost more, took longer, and had a fit-and-finish I'd describe as 'janky'. So I really appreciate the smooth use and professional finish of this light strip. These are bright and can be used facing the audience, but often, these are used indirectly to light a set piece or glow beneath the furniture. These can rotate colors, fade a little, blink, and react to music. This whole strip is always one color from end to end, but that color can be changed quickly. The strip's environmental rating (IP68) is hard to achieve, especially in a flexible electrical application. Therefore, the outer tube had to be designed and manufactured in a particular way that doesn't accommodate cutting or chaining this strip. This is a well-made, good-looking neon-style LED strip. Creative and design-oriented people seem to get the best results from this type of product, in my experience.

Love these lights. I've been through a lot of LED lights and these are especially thick and durable. They are weather proof and I think they will last longer than my last set. Even though they are marketed for outdoors, we hung them indoors.

This is a quality light. It is easy to setup and install. The included remote is clear and easy to use. The app is a little different. I'm using Android. The app instructions in the pamphlet are a bit different than reality. I wanted to adjust the 'listening' effect but those buttons don't exist in the app. You must keep the phone open to listen. Perhaps I can adjust that in privacy/security settings on my phone. Didn't try to figure that out. The scheduled on/off actually works. Pretty cool feature. I wish you could choose the color/effect and brightness for the 'on' schedule.

I am a bit disappointed with this one. I had high hopes. Here’s what Im not happy about:1) Bluetooth only. So you have to have the phone or remote close. Like silly close. Like why bother having remotes close. I placed mine along my pathway outside. So prepare to get within 10’ to get it to work.2) The “Schedule” only has 1 on and off setting. You cant add to it.3) The colors mostly operate in solids. You can dim the lights but the transitions just jump from one color to the other. On top of that, there’s really no “scenes” you can work with like other competitors.4) Says outside safe but Im not sure it’s going to last long with any amount of rain, cold, wind, snow, etc.5) The light can really only be seen at the top. So your positioning has to be perfect.6) You get maybe 4’ of starter wire, including the plug wire, before the lights start.What they do get right:1) Easy installation.2) Good price for length.
