Side railing are about 1/4 inch if that , plastic is not heavy duty , and boards are for kids about two years old .

I got this lawn slide for the kids and let’s be real for the adults too! This absolutely looks like it’s going to be a blast this spring and summer. The material feels super durable and thick, so I’m not worried about it getting a holes, tearing or wearing out after a few uses. I will have to hook it up to a sprinkler, which will keep it slippery, slick and super fun. It’s been too cold lately to set it up outside, so I haven’t had the chance to try it out yet. But just unboxing it and checking everything out, you can tell it’s really well made and built for hours of fun. I can already picture myself racing down it and laughing all day when the weather warms up. Definitely feels like it’s going to be one of the best parts of my spring and summer!

We've already got two of these and they're really awesome. You'll be lucky to find one of the cheap thin floats that you get at the drugstore or grocery store and only lasts for a day at this price. The material is cloth covered and very think and strong, so won't puncture easily. They're great for the beach for body surfing; great for the pool and the lake because they're so easy to pop up on since they're relatively small and have strong handles. We're keeping two at our house for the kids to use when they're with us, and got two more for their house to have for their neighborhood pool and trips to the lake.

I assumed that this was going to be made from the thin plastic that pool blow up toys are made from, but it's not. It's like a fabric, thus harder to pop. It's a decent size, it pretty much covers an adult torso. It has two reinforced handles, however the handles are not exactly straight across from each other. Kind of one of my pet peeves. But the kids won't care and this is definitely worth the $10 asking price.
