This worked fine the first year that I used it in my basement, which is about 600 sqft. This year however, it runs nonstop (literally never shuts off) and can’t get below 61% humidity. For reference, if I wasn’t running a dehumidifier the humidity would probably be between 65-70%. For something that’s rated for a 2,000 sqft area I’m unimpressed. Last summer we had a drought, and I’m guessing that’s why it worked sufficiently. I will probably need to replace it with something else this year which is unfortunate, as it wasn’t cheap.

We ordered this dehumidifier after we had water come in through a broken window in our basement.We took it out of the box, read the instructions and started it up. It has been amazing and did what is was supposed to do.With the help of fans and this dehumidifier, we sucked up all the water and returned our downstairs back to normal.Small but works really really well. Really satisfied and would recommend.

Really happy with this purchase. Permanently using this in our trailer and it’s unbelievable how much water it collects. Keeps my mind at ease that the trailer is dry during the colder months. Only had it for a few months and so far haven’t encountered any issues. Running it 24/7 and the only time it gets to rest is when tank is full. Can always connect the plastic tube to drain outside but I like to check inside the trailer every now and then so I just use the tank.

Deeded to get moister out of a patio room and worked great. for emptying is a bit of awkward. It could be made easier to pop out the container.
