I recently replaced the battery of my TI-84 Plus CE and unexpectedly found that the operation was much easier than I thought. After replacing the new battery, the calculator immediately revived, and the screen brightness and response speed improved a lot. For people like me who often use it to draw pictures and do problems, it is really worry-free and practical.

What it says it is, a replacement battery for your TI-84 calculator. I tested this on a red TI-84 plus CE. This model has a charge light that changes from red to green once the battery is fully charged. The process to replace only requires a small Phillips head screwdriver to loosen two screws from the battery cover, and then you just pop and swap. This replacement took about 3 hours to reach a full charge when the calculator was plugged in, and it seems to be working great.

While this battery is designed for an TI 84 calculator, I found the size perfect for my Motorola MU354R FRS radio which uses a 3 battery Ni-Mh pack at 3.6V and 1300mah so this one at nominal 3.7V @ 3500mah is a big boost. I'm an electronics hobbyist so doing the soldering work was easy and my stock charger charges it fine. I did a discharge test at 500ma rate and it shows about 1500maH capacity. Recharge from 3V to 4.2 took 1100maH at 1500ma rate.

This is a great product. Changing the battery was much easier and quicker than I expected.This battery felt great right out of the box. The construction is solid and the connectors are perfectly designed, allowing it to be easily installed on the TI-84 CE without any force or fiddling. Even for me who is not very familiar with electronics, the installation process only took a few minutes or so. The connectors provided were a perfect match and everything snapped into place cleanly.After a full charge, the results were immediate and impressive. My calculator started up quickly and has been running very smoothly ever since. I use it every day now. Very happy with it!

My son's calculator battery somehow went bad after a year or so, and this battery is a perfect replacement. It just requires loosening two screws, pulling the old battery, inserting the new and replacing the screws. This came with a nearly full charge.

I almost gave up on my TI-84 Plus CE. It had been sitting idle for months because the battery wouldn't charge and would only last 30 minutes.This product got my calculator working again. It was easy to install - I'm no tech expert, but I managed with a small screwdriver and some patience. Once I installed it and plugged the calculator into the charger, the screen lit up like it was brand new.But the real surprise came after I started using it again. I'm no longer constantly worried about a dead battery. It charges quickly and it's not overheating so far. And it works perfectly with my TI-84 Plus CE.
