This ball pit is a lot of fun—even our 3-year-old loves it. It’s spacious enough to fit both kids comfortably, and even my wife can sit in it. We started with 100 balls, which doesn’t really cover the bottom, so we’ve ordered more to get the full effect. The walls aren’t very firm, so it’s best for toddlers who can already stand and move around on their own. I wouldn’t recommend it for pre- or early walkers, as the sides aren’t sturdy enough to use for support. Overall, we really like it—it’s definitely a big step up from a basic plastic kiddie pool. This review is unbiased and based on my personal experience. I received this product through the Amazon Vine program.

This ball pit arrived neatly and very tightly packed in a fabric bag. At first, I thought, “Oh great—a storage bag!” But let me tell you, I struggled to get it out. There was absolutely no way it was going back in there. I eventually had to carefully use a box cutter to remove the bag, and once I did—POP!—it sprang right into shape! The material is soft and comfortable, and it looks like the cover is removable for washing, which is a great bonus. I can’t wait to get some balls and let my little one enjoy it for his birthday! Overall, a great product.

I am surprised at the high quality foam and materials used to create this toy! Once I opened the package, I allowed for 48 hrs for the foam to fully expand. They thought of everything with this ball pit! The foam bottom is installed in a zipper slot in the bottom. This makes it easy to wash the covers without having to wash the foam. The foam sides are also zippered in as well! All of the fabric covers can be washed beautifully! The zippers are even high quality! Now with this ball pit, the balls are sold separately and not included. Which is fine with me of course!

The size ratio of the ball pit to the child is comparable to a Jacuzzi for an adult. The sizing basically looks like a mini Jacuzzi when my toddler sits inside of it. The dimensions are perfect for accommodating his small body. There is a plush foam material inside of the walls containing the balls. There is also a foam insert that fits snugly in to the bottom of the product. The insert on the bottom does not have a cover over it. The foam is about 1-2 inches thick, which provides a bit of cushion in case the kids jump in to it. My toddler loves running up to the pit and jumping in to it. The pit can comfortably hold around 400-500 standard balls. Upon opening the box, the foam had a lot of uneven spots. I thought the product may be deformed or damaged, but it just takes a little bit of time for it to fully expand. After more time had passed, the product was fully expanded to its intended shape. The foam feels comfortable and thick. The material does bend and flex when pressing against it. The foam is strong enough to hold the balls without any issues. The value for the money seems fair.

We are happy we got this. I know that the size is listed in the description, but we honestly weren't quite prepared for how BIG it is! And with how soft it feels, we don't have to worry about our girl getting hurt inside. The pit came vacuum sealed, and it took about 12 hours to expand. It did release a chemical odor when we first opened it, so we let it air out for 48 hours before putting it in our kid's room.Knowing that it did not come with any balls, we bought those separately. (Who knew how expensive ball pit balls are?!) The photo we shared contains 500 balls, and you can see that we could even, theoretically, fit more. It does become expensive quickly, so be warned. The only downside, other than the chemical smell, is that there's no easy way to fold this up and store it. You can mush it up, sure, but it still takes up a lot of space. If you have the room for it, good for you! This is definitely worth getting.

Soft, versatile for small children. We originally used it for plastic balls, but it has since found use as a stuffed animal home. Typical "foam odor" upon opening, but it went away fairly quickly. Washable cover, retains its shape well. Was a huge hit with the granddaughter.

This foam ball pit has been an absolute favorite in our home! It’s soft, safe, and the perfect size for toddlers to climb in and out of easily. The foam walls are thick and sturdy enough to hold their shape, but still soft enough to be gentle during playtime tumbles. The material is high-quality and easy to clean—especially helpful when dealing with little ones. We filled it with colorful balls (not included), and it instantly became a go-to activity for fun, sensory play, and even quiet time. It’s also lightweight and easy to move from room to room, yet durable enough to withstand daily use. Whether it’s playdates, rainy days, or just letting your toddler burn off some energy, this ball pit is a wonderful addition to any play space.
