Considering the price, this is a great set of spoons. At the time of this review, they cost $26.90 for 35 spoons. At less than a dollar each, it is hard to beat this value. The quality is good, especially considering the price. To test out the materials and finish, I used one in salt water and did not wash it down afterwards. After a week there is no sign of corrosion.The only negative is I think the hooks are not sized appropriately for some of the spoons.

This set of 35 pieces of fishing spoons has a decent amount of variety: gold- or silver-toned; treble or single hook, 3 different lengths of spoons, a couple different hook sizes, some have those extra little red twisty accents and some have patterns and others don't. That's good - and this set is one of those sets you'd use when you're fishing in an area with a lot of underwater hazards like logs, weeds, etc., where you KNOW you'll be losing lures. They seem like they'll be good enough, but if you like the fit and finish of name brands, these don't meet those standards. That doesn't mean they won't work just as well as more expensive spoons, though. They're shiny and they have hooks, and they'll wiggle under water when you reel them in - everything you'd expect them to do. The good about just an "average" set is it's nice to have a set that you can use without crying over the high price tags if you lost one... or two... or three, because we've all had one of those days when fishing.
