Be advised that the instruction paphlet and images are extremely small and lack the CLEAR detail needed at key setup phases. While setup may be intuitive for the most part there are phases requiring clarification and zoom imagery for added clarification. While only a handful of parts were labeled, having all would speed up the process. The hardware packaging is deplorable; mismarked and totally incorrect coupled with the backing separating from the plastic cover comingling the contents. I prefer to inventory the contents prior to setup ensuring all components. The image of the grill is accurate but the quality and durability is questionable. Some components are flimsy with the charcoal basket assembly questionable in the design and fasteners used. I'm considering securing with my own stronger fasteners which will fit much better eliminating the significant play of the factory design. I estimate no more than 2-3years out of this unitI'm significantly disappointed with the unit. I passed on other name brand grills made of significantly stronger components that were engineered much better. But wanted to find a little larger grill area I unfortunately settled for this unit.

One door missing, several damages on the other door and front, really bad quality product.

Box was damaged and label was missing. Some of the pieces were bent and the spaces where the bolt goes were bent as well. Nothing that couldn’t be bent back into place.
