I like the size of these a lot, they seem to hold more soil than many others [wider opposed to deeper] and the range of sizes is super convenient. The quality of plastic is nice, they aren't as flimsy or flexible as many others. The drainage holes are a good size too. Pretty much everything you want from a pot!

These are great clear planters, work well and you get a good amount of them for the price tag. They have great drainage for a chunky soil mix and are clear enough to monitor root health. The drainage could be a bit better, I probably wouldn't use them with a heavy coco or peat mix but they are fine for my aroids. The plastic is thick and sturdy. The top flares out a bit from the bottom which makes it a bit difficult to balance a stake or moss pole properly but its fine once you get it centered and they're strong enough to hold the weight. Good set.

Great quality. I wanted smaller pots to use in some of my favorite mugs for seedlings and succulents. I now have multiple sizes for all my random pots too!

These are an economical way to start a bunch of seeds or sprouts with easy viewing of the roots. They are clear so you can see the roots growing progress. They stack easily and do not get stuck together like some pots. They are thin, but hold their shape fairly well. They come in different sizes for different types of plants or stages. They wash easily with a sponge. Per unit... each pot is very cheap in price. The drain holes are spaced out evenly and there is an adequate amount for good drainage. I am starting to prefer these clear pots over solid colored pots.

Clear pots are really ideal for starting plants out and watching them grow. It can be difficult to know when a plant needs more room, when it's ready to be planted into its permanent pot, or when it is ready to go into the garden. Roots grow at different speeds and depths depending on the plant and the soil, temperature, etc., so it can be hard to tell when a plant is established enough to be viable in the garden plot, or when a cutting has grown enough roots to b able to live on its own. These pots in my household are not permanent homes but rather places for growing plants to get established. Even a pro gardener can't tell if air gaps in the soil have let slugs or pests into the root area of a potted plant without pulling it up out of the pot to look. If there is a slug in these pots you will see it from the sides! It can also be hard to tell when an herb cutting has enough roots to live on its own, or when a tomato is getting rootbound and needs to be transplanted while waiting for spring. These pots can solve some of these problems, and they can be rinsed off and reused, as long as your plant and soil was disease-free. They are not thick plastic and so they are lightweight, but they can also be difficult to get out of each other the first time you remove them from the stack. They seem to have a little static electricity or something holding them together! These would be a good gift for anyone who likes to start plants indoors before gardening season, or for a schoolteacher who wants to show how roots develop.
