I don’t have anything negative to say about this item. I simply did not read it carefully and I assumed it was electrical but it’s a stove top and I’d rather just use a pan.

صغيرة جدااااا ٢ لتر فقط وليس ٤ لتر ، خامة ضعيفة ايستانلس خفيف ، يادوب ممكن تستخدم في سلق بيض او قلي طعمية ، لا تصلح للبانيه او السمك او حتي البطاطس لانها صغيرة جد ، غير عملية علي الاطلاق ، يوجد بهذا السعر علي امازون ماهو افضل بكثيز

My grandkids love coming over and making french fries and onion rings with me. I saw this fryer pot and thought it was a great idea. It is a really nice way to deep fry. It is a pot that sits on the stove so I am not finding a place to store another countertop appliance. I love that the thermometer is already installed so I don't have to fiddle with getting mine to be deep enough but not touching the bottom etc. I also love that you can drip the fried foods on the rack in the lid and that the excess oil is returned to the pot. Another thing I really like is that the top comes up over the edges so the splattering is really reduced. This also made me feel more comfortable letting my older grandson do the actual frying this time. One small downside to this is the area that you are removing fries from is smaller than an open pot. Not a real big deal at all just a side note.The one thing I didn't like about this pot (and it is minimal) is that the thermometer doesn't stay fixed in place. It kept spinning around preventing the lid from closing all the way until I got it turned around in place again. Not a big deal but it was hot to touch so be careful. The other thing I wanted to note was a caution to turn the pot sideways so you don't open the lid toward you. The steam comes out toward your face. This is the same with all pans with lids, so just turn the pot sideways so the lid opens away from you.I really like this pan. I have already used it more than I ever did an open pot. I am going to try sweet and sour pork tomorrow. Try this I think you will love it.

This is perfect for frying small batches. It’s deep and the built in thermometer is awesome! The draining rack is cool too. It’s tilted so the oil drains back in the pot!
