This black shower base is a great upgrade for any bathroom. The 36” x 36” size fits perfectly in my space, and the center drain ensures water flows efficiently. Ok so it does good for awhile. Then it started leaking and it’s impossible to find another o ring so now we have to tear the whole thing out including the walls to replace the whole drain because I can’t find a simple o ring. Don’t buy it unless you want to have to replace the whole drain a year later and fix the water damage.

Instructions for this suggest laying this outside of installed tile. I emailed support to ask if this could be installed (and screwed) flush to wall studs with backer board and tiler overlap (as you traditionally would.) It has been over 5 business days without a response.Overall quality of the product seems good. Better than the shower pan that this will replace.

Very nice looking, says it's anti-slip but the first time i used the shower it was slippery... nervous about getting conditioner or soap on the pan...going to get some antislip treads for the pan to address this.
