Couldn't get it to fold. Would only work for dry mopping. Not very good quality.

This mop was defective and Amazon wants me to take it to kohls with no box and no packaging and drop it off. I told them I wasn’t going to do that. I am giving it a one only because it doesn’t give me an option for zero. When wringing out the mop the velcro sticks to each part and just stays in the middle. I couldn’t get the velcro unstuck. This is the second time I used the mop. The first time it did the same thing but my husband was able to unstick it. This time neither of us could do it. So I am tired of fighting with it and it’s just going in the garbage.

It was hard at first to get the handle to squeeze the water out...but it finally did.

This map is okay - it works well, but my complaint would be that the pad doesn't stay attached after wringing it out.

Love how it has the right angle to get right into the corners where the cob webs like to hang out. Very easy to use and being able to add the cleaner right into the head makes it a lot more convenient.

I use it to clean my tall mirrors and I don't need a ladder to do them. I use it to clean the walls in my showers, to clean the cabinets in my kitchen. A ton of uses to expedite cleaning my home.

Very disappointed! This tool does not work according to video demonstration. I have used it only 3 times and it is broken. It will not squeeze out water. It is useless.
