EDIT: valve experiencing intermittent failure (sticking open) just 2 months after purchase. don't waste your time.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The valve works, but the bracket is spot welded crooked. For this cheap price I decided to widen the mounting holes with a dremel rather than return it. See pic, slightly cocked so holes don't line up properly with the throttle body holes.

Fit my 2004 crv, we'll see how it goes normally I would use honda replacement parts for sensors, this one was availble now and I needed it now.
