Fits Jacob’s 633C on a craftsman 15 1/2 inch drill press perfectly. I’ve used offbrand chuck keys in the past and they never fit just right. This is a nice key.

This chuck key does not fit a Ryobi DP102L drill press with a 1/2" JT33 chuck. I went along with the positive answers to my question but I should have measured the pilot hole which is smaller than 5/16"...my mistake.

The Key that shipped with my Brand Name drill press was made out of chinesium -- the teeth on the OEM key began to wear on day one. This new key was a welcomed replacement. It is a nice positive fit in the Jacobs chuck and it shows no sign of wear.

This is the exact same key that we would use in the machine shops I've worked in. Simply go to the Jacobs web site, find your chuck model number (should be stamped on your chuck) then order your key using the part number from the sheet.... easy as pie.

I can not imagine what Sheerness and Thickness have to do with a chuck key, but, this one works fine. The one that came with the drill press is spring loaded and jumps out on the floor. This one allows me to remove it when I am ready. It fits in the same holder as the old one and is plenty strong.

THIS WORKED BUT IT WAS A LITTLE SMALL. UPON ORDERING I COULDN'T FIND THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO SEE IF IT WOULD FIT MY DRILL PRESS.
