We recently purchased a used John Deere and ordered this hose before changing the oil. The hose material is thick, and seems heavy duty enough to last for years. The fit was good and made changing the oil a snap.Note: rubber hose is marked "Air Hose" and no material identified. I'm hoping that it's Nitrile (aka Buna-N or NBR) and suitable for oil use. If it swells, weeps and/or leaks, I'll update the review.

Great up grade to my mower no more exxon oil spill when I go to change the oil. Definitely worth the money. Not to mention how much I save with not having to use break clean to clean up the mess.
